my journey
In my professional journey I have always sought to combine creativity with good marketing practices, believing in sustainable businesses and creations that bring experiences.
Over time I have worked in different disciplines (advertising, live marketing, design and digital marketing), which gave me an excellent basis to define the best communication strategy regardless of the form, always focusing on the result.
With training in Art Direction and Planning, today I dedicate myself to create stories, with concepts of Design Thinking/UX for companies and people to have a unique and unforgettable experience.

Creation for me has always been the search for something that represents an experience, breaking or not aesthetic paradigms, but always bringing in its representation a clear and objective message. As a creative, my biggest aspect is Art Direction, which broke the edge of a craft and became a way of life, because who lives art direction as I do lives of details that are not only visual, but conceptual in its organic form. Since always the creation, through the art direction was part of my life, but it only became absolute when I really knew who I was: CURIOUS.
management
Managing people and jobs came naturally, because of my way of working: always very organised, receptive with the professionals and demanding in the deliveries. To keep up to date, I seek knowledge. I concluded a specialization course in Creative Leadership at Miami AD School, participated in workshops on Agile/Scrum work methods and read a lot about the subject. I've led teams of up to 20 people with varied profiles and I'm always looking for processes and tools to improve my work as a manager.

all that I have
I am married, have two beautiful girls and Mike. My life is marked by several coincidences. One of them: my wife and I have the same birthday, we were born in the same year, one hour apart! I am 76 and now 46 years old.
I love São Paulo, but my father from Minas Gerais speaks loudly within me, so much so that I have a house in Borda da Mata, the "city of pyjamas", my refuge.
I'm passionate about movies, series and really enjoy American sports, especially the NFL. I've travelled a lot, but not enough, and I'm already planning my next trip.
